1. Scope and acceptance

By playing the skill games in myXapp, you as a user accept the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These GTC regulate the contractual relationship between you and the manufacturer of the app.

Every myXapp game has different rules, which are not listed exhaustively here. By playing the games, you accept the respective game rules and agreements.

3. Virtual tokens and redemption

• With the skill games in myXapp, virtual tokens for various adult streaming sites can be won.
• In order to redeem tokens, you must have set up an account on the respective streaming site. Proof of age is regulated by the platforms.
• If you have not yet set up an account on the streaming site, you can do so if you win in order to have the tokens assigned to this account.
• Tokens won cannot be paid out, exchanged or given away and can only be spent on the respective platform.
• The respective platform regulates any expiration dates of the tokens.

• The manufacturer is not liable for missed win notifications, whether due to technical defects or interruptions in sending or receiving high score data.
• Using the app requires an internet connection, which may incur additional costs for the user’s provider. Any additional costs due to roaming or other provider fees are the responsibility of the user. Any liability or recourse claims are rejected.
• The manufacturer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

• Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the contract has been concluded, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
